MOVING FORWARD

Please review the terms and conditions below. These policies outline our working agreement and will be incorporated into the contract created for your session. They help ensure a clear, organized, and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

PAYMENT

To secure your photography session, an electronically signed agreement and a 50% deposit of your selected package are required.
Once both are received, your date and time are officially reserved.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
 

IMAGE DELIVERY

On the day of your session, you’ll receive a private online gallery with all unedited images from our shoot.

These unedited images are the original files exactly as they come out of the camera. All of them are yours to keep and download at no additional cost. 
The unedited gallery will be available via download link for one month following your session date. Please note that this folder is quite large (typically 300+ images), so downloading and saving it to a computer or external drive is recommended. After one month, these files may be removed from my storage.

From the unedited gallery, you’ll select images for final editing. Once I receive your selections, your fully edited images will be delivered within 7 days via a separate online gallery.

The edited gallery will be available for viewing and download for at least one year.
 I always recommend downloading and backing up your images for safekeeping.

 Additional edited images may be purchased at $20 per image.
 

rescheduling

Rescheduling is available with at least 7 days’ notice prior to the original session date. In this case, your deposit will be transferred to the new date.

If a reschedule is requested with less than 7 days’ notice, the deposit becomes non-transferable and is applied as compensation for the reserved session time. A new deposit of the same amount will be required to secure a new date.
 

Cancellation

If a cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled session date, your deposit will be fully refunded.

If the session is cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice, the deposit becomes non-refundable and is applied toward the time and preparation already reserved for your session.

Copyright & Image Usage

You are granted full personal usage rights, which means you’re welcome to share your images on social media, personal websites, and use them for personal portfolios or prints. 

Your privacy and comfort are always important to me. From time to time, I may feature selected images in my portfolio, website, or social media as part of my work. This helps support and grow my business.

If you prefer that your images not be shared publicly, this option is always respected. In such cases, a privacy (non-usage) fee of 20% of the session cost applies to account for the loss of marketing use.
